📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement sustainable development projects in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop project proposals aligned with global and national development goals.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of development programs using tools like Microsoft Project and QuickBooks.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and international partners.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to local organizations and communities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including project updates, financial reports, and impact assessments.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices in sustainable development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international development, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing development projects in Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of international development frameworks and standards, such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, QuickBooks, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
