📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts, focusing on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive business growth.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and client feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tech solutions.
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the tech industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in sales techniques or project management is a plus.
