Glow Fresh Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. You will work closely with our procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize our supply chain operations and enhance our overall efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control checks.,Provide support in the preparation of supply chain reports and presentations.,Assist in the training and development of new supply chain staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
