📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking regulations.,Assist customers with banking services and products.,Monitor and reconcile daily transactions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Update and maintain customer records.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or banking role.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic financial software and tools.,Ability to perform basic arithmetic and mathematical operations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
