📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and ensure product availability.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.,Conduct regular checks on distribution routes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product distribution.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on distribution performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the logistics team to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the distribution process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles.
