📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute exploration programs to identify and evaluate potential mineral deposits.
• Oversee the development of exploration projects, from initial scoping to final investment decisions.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of exploration activities.
• Analyze geological data and reports to make informed decisions on the exploration strategy.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and government agencies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in exploration practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a proven track record in managing exploration projects.
• Strong understanding of geological principles and exploration techniques.
• Proficient in using exploration software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or Oasis Montaj.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
