As a Healthcare Licensing & Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will work remotely from the comfort of your home in Bali, with the flexibility to manage your time effectively. You will use a variety of tools and software, including EHR systems, credentialing software, and compliance management platforms, to streamline the enrollment process and improve efficiency. With several years of experience in healthcare credentialing and a strong understanding of DME regulations, you will be well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify and maintain the credentials of healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for new healthcare providers, including background checks and documentation verification.
• Manage complex enrollment portfolios, including DME providers, and ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment requests.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve credentialing issues and ensure smooth enrollment.
• Monitor and report on credentialing and enrollment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and industry best practices, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the credentialing and enrollment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment, with a focus on DME credentialing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including those related to DME, and a commitment to compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems, credentialing software, and compliance management platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
