LUMEN Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about inventory management, we would love to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory system.,Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.,Support warehouse operations by ensuring timely receipt and distribution of inventory.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and orders.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and support their needs.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse and office areas.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.,Ability to work both in a team and independently.
