(Hybrid) Restaurant Manager

Sumber Indra Computer is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor sales and profitability, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.
