Fast Shine Cemerlang is looking for a Lead Cashier & Bank to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations and banking activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cash handling, banking, and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Oversee banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, and customer inquiries.,Train and supervise junior cashiers and bank tellers.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or banking roles.,Strong knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and financial tools.,Experience in training and supervising staff.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking system and regulations.
