In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial guidance to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
