📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to understand their learning needs and provide support.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Report on the progress and impact of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to understand their training needs.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.
