📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of tasks.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operational activities and teams.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
