Depot Gita Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shop. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a consistent supply of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Prepare and manage reports on daily operations and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
