📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Providing support to the HR team in other areas as needed.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
