📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.,Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food culture is a plus.
