📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Prepare and analyze financial reports,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial advice and support to the management team,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
