📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle food waste and disposal properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
