📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training theories and methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Ability to travel for training purposes
