📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Oncology & Chemotherapy Center, including patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the medical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and that our services are of the highest standard.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve our services and enhance patient outcomes.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of appointments, treatments, and other patient care activities.
• Ensure that our center is fully compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, referring physicians, and insurance providers.
• Monitor and analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field (e.g., Certified Healthcare Executive, Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to oncology care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
