📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support M&A transactions.
• Negotiate and structure deals with potential partners, including term sheets and purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in M&A.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage and track the progress of M&A transactions from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with M&A software and tools, such as Bloomberg Terminal, Dealogic, and FactSet.
