🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in security innovation, with a proven track record in leading security projects.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Certifications in security management, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISM, are a plus.
• Proficient in using security management tools like SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
