• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols.
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission International (JCI) and ISO standards.
