📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies to drive operational efficiency and productivity gains.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and develop action plans to address them.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process enhancements to eliminate waste and improve quality.
• Develop and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events and 5S audits.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant manufacturing excellence methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools, such as MES, ERP, and data analysis software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
