📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and reclamation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining professionals, including engineers, geologists, and safety officers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of mining projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and environmental organizations.
• Ensure the effective use of mining equipment and technology, such as GPS, GIS, and data management software.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Certifications in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in the mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar.
• Familiarity with the mining operations in Bali and the surrounding region.
