As the Playground Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating with our team of playground attendants, managing inventory, and implementing new ideas to enhance the guest experience.

- Oversee the daily operations of the playground, ensuring safety and fun for all children.
- Coordinate with playground attendants to maintain a clean and well-organized play area.
- Manage inventory of playground equipment, ensuring all items are in good condition and available for use.
- Implement new activities and attractions to keep the playground engaging and exciting for children.
- Monitor guest feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the playground experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training new playground attendants to maintain high standards of service.
- Work closely with the resort management team to ensure seamless integration of the playground with other family-friendly amenities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or family-friendly environment.
- Strong knowledge of child development and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with playground equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for children.
