📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, from minor repairs to complex mechanical problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, including diagnostic scanners, lift systems, and repair stations, to accurately identify and fix problems.
• Collaborate with the service advisor to provide accurate estimates and communicate repair needs to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous training and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure timely restocking of parts and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Car Mechanic or Automotive Technician.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software, such as OBD-II scanners, vehicle scanners, and diagnostic software.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
